Ted Hatch received his BS in civil engineering from
Brown University and his M. Arch. degree from Harvard Graduate School
of Design. He became a registered architect in 1977. Since
then, he was principal and chief operating officer of his own
firm, Rabun Hatch & Associates, for 17 years. Ted was responsible for the production of
construction documents for over thirty hotel, resort and conference
center projects.
In 1994, Ted formed his consulting firm specializing in providing
quality control review services for building owners, developers,
construction managers and over 40 architectural firms.
As a quality control consultant, Ted focuses on the coordination of
each design discipline's documents and the discovery of potentially costly errors and omissions in construction documents,
thus reducing change orders and increasing profits for the building
owner and the architect.
“With Ted's assistance, we can ensure our project architect is providing the required coordination and code compliance within their documents.”
